[Remote] Sr. Staff Product Manager, Merchants

They are seeking a passionate and strategic AI/ML Product Manager to drive merchant reputed company and shopping experiences on their platform, collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative AI and ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and launch thoughtful AI/ML-powered experiences that help users discover, curate, and shop reputed company tailored to their unique taste
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to craft seamless and delightful experiences at the intersection of user experience, ML, and AI
• Set product vision, influence strategy, write requirements, reputed company hypotheses, and establish success metrics for critical personalization initiatives
• Identify and prioritize new opportunities to advance the relevance, impact, and sophistication of personalization across reputed company’s Curation portfolio
• Autonomously navigate and resolve reputed company, ambiguous product challenges—and influence product strategy across multiple teams

Skills

• Track record in AI/ML products: Experience building and launching personalized experiences, ideally at scale, for e-commerce platforms
• Technical reputed company: Strong understanding of AI/ML product development; usage of LLMs for scale, ability to credibly partner with engineers and data scientists across the stack
• Strong product discovery skills: You're comfortable talking to business customers, mapping workflows, validating problems, and translating insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps
• Sharp communication: Comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional audiences; excels at simplifying reputed company technical and product concepts to drive clear decisions
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action: You can bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces and move quickly while keeping stakeholders informed
• Strategic and customer-centric: Deep reputed company for user needs, with an ability to turn rich data and insights into new opportunities and delightful features
• Ecosystem Understanding: Strong experience in B2B2C or 'dual-customer' operating models to deliver delightful experiences for multiple stakeholders
• Collaborative influencer: Ability to build trusted relationships with a variety of internal partners (including Advanced Technology, Product Marketing, Sales, Trust & Safety, Monetization, and more) and align them to shared goals
• Ownership reputed company: Skilled at defining what success looks like, rallying teams, and guiding projects from ideation to successful launch
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
