[Remote] Customer Engineer

As a Customer Engineer, you will deliver AI solutions to enterprise contact centers, collaborating closely with Solution Architects and the reputed company team to ensure seamless integrations and drive value for customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute on integration design and project plan created by IMs, reputed company and other stakeholders
- Design, build and deploy applications using reputed company SDKs, libraries and APIs
- These applications will be integrated with contact center chat or phone platforms
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of reputed company products
- Hands on experience in Go, Python and Javascript
- Partnering with the reputed company Manager (CSM) to triage and resolve technical issues, while also facilitating collaboration with the engineering team to ensure successful technical outcomes
Skills
- Strong software engineering skills
- Domain expertise in CX, call center infrastructure, chat platforms, AWS, and automation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands on experience in Go, Python and Javascript
- Ability to use APIs and SDKs to build value added solutions
- Experience with AWS and Git
- Able to forge strong external relationships with external technical stakeholders
- Able to take a consultative and strategic approach to solving customer problems
- Experience in Contact Center and Customer Experience technologies such as AWS Connect, reputed company, reputed company, etc. is highly desirable
- Operates with the enthusiasm of a salesperson, the confidence of a samurai wrestler and the precise delivery of a surgeon
