Responsibilities

Skills

- Experience with Remote Care Management – Digital Population Health, CCM, PCM, RPM, BHI, etc
- Strong leadership skills and track record building high-performing teams

- Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes
- Proficient with CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and modern sales technologies
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
