[Remote] Director of Sales

Benecard Services, LLC is a leading Prescription Benefit Administrator seeking a Director of Sales to expand their fixed-reputed company, guaranteed-cost products across Ohio. This role involves executing a territory sales strategy, building relationships with brokers and consultants, and managing the full sales cycle to drive new business.
Responsibilities
- Execute a territory sales strategy to meet and exceed goals for fixed ‑ reputed company and guaranteed ‑ cost offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision ‑ makers
- Educate partners on Benecard’s guaranteed ‑ cost model and reputed company competitive advantages
- reputed company and deliver targeted sales presentations reputed company to client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle, including RFPs, proposals, and reputed company proposals
- Monitor market and regulatory trends and share insights internally and externally
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation of reputed company sales activity
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Skills
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or a reputed company field
- Strong broker and consultant relationships and channel expertise
- Active Ohio State Health Insurance License (required)
- Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, travel ‑ intensive role
