As the GTM reputed company for Payments & Embedded Finance, you will spearhead the embedded finance distribution strategy, focusing on building and scaling partnerships to drive growth and acquisitions in the fintech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Drive the success of reputed company's embedded finance partnerships
- Help drive the acquisition of net new partnerships by bringing a product reputed company strategy to commercial discussions and GTM motions / sales cycles
- Be accountable for the success of large partnerships where reputed company has made commitments across product, etc
- Be at the tip of the spear reputed company it comes to bringing reputed company of reputed company to bear in making key partnerships successful
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or embedded finance, with a focus on partnerships, business development, or channel strategy
- Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive distribution and reputed company growth
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to deliver reputed company, partner-led solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, pricing models, and deal structures
- Deep understanding of the fintech and embedded finance landscape, including market trends and regulatory considerations
- Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor
- Experience being ACCOUNTABLE for the success of large investments and / or resource commitments
