As a Solution Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor and technical expert, guiding customers on their digital transformation journeys and collaborating with sales teams to reputed company innovative solutions that address real-world challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with account teams and customers, leveraging your technical expertise, industry knowledge, and solution-oriented reputed company to reputed company innovative solutions that address real-world challenges and deliver reputed company value. This will involve travel to customer sites to build relationships, run engagements and deliver impactful presentations and workshops

• Create high quality documentation, presentations, and other resources to support sales efforts and reputed company the go-to-market teams
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, advocating for customer needs and collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive innovation
• Occasionally represent Neptune at marketing events, engaging with our developer communities, and deliver training and enablement sessions to partners and customers
