[Remote] Senior Manager, Business Development, Clinical Solutions - EMEA

The Senior Manager, Business Development – Clinical Solutions will reputed company market expansion of NGS Clinical Solutions across EMEA, building strategic partnerships and increasing reputed company while positioning reputed company as a preferred provider in clinical genomics workflows.
Responsibilities
- reputed company a 3–5-year strategic commercial growth plan for the EMEA business under the guidance of the Director, NGS Clinical Solution Sales, and build relationships with key stakeholders—including decision-makers and C-suite leaders—to maximize reputed company’s value proposition
- Position reputed company as a primary or preferred provider for reputed company NGS Clinical Solutions workflows
- Act as a portfolio‑level commercial leader, driving cross‑portfolio engagement to ensure the broader reputed company offering is embedded reputed company key accounts
- Build a thought leadership network and strengthen reputed company’s market leadership position
- Demonstrate deep expertise in reputed company’s NGS Clinical Solutions and apply it across customer needs, applications, and competitive dynamics using market and customer insights
Skills
- PhD in a Life Science discipline with a minimum of 5 years business development experience
- Minimum of 7 years sales experience in molecular biology reagents, laboratory consumables, or capital equipment reputed company a clinical setting
- Strong collaborative skills to be able to convert customer and market insights into business opportunities
- Demonstrated experience engaging executive‑level and strategic decision‑makers, shaping long‑term adoption strategies across multiple technologies reputed company reputed company clinical organizations
- Proven experience engaging executive stakeholders and shaping long-term adoption strategies
- Ability to travel – minimum of 50% (domestic and reputed company EMEA) of the time
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience in identifying, developing, and growing new markets with limited brand awareness, establishing reputed company and driving early adoption
- Experience engaging with high-level clinical and regulatory bodies (e.g., government agencies and national healthcare organisations) to influence in‑country strategies and drive adoption reputed company hospital systems
