They are seeking a Customer Support representative to connect with clients who have requested information, conduct virtual consultations, and help clients reputed company informed decisions about their coverage options.
Responsibilities
- Learn and execute our proven sales and client service systems
- Connect with individuals and families who have requested information
- Conduct virtual consultations reputed company phone or reputed company
- Clearly explain coverage options and help clients reputed company informed decisions
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to deliver an excellent client experience
- Meet activity and performance benchmarks that unlock growth and income opportunities
- Maintain compliance with state insurance and licensing guidelines
- Participate in weekly virtual meetings, coaching, and training sessions
- Build long-term client relationships using company-provided and self-generated leads
- Help families secure appropriate protection and financial solutions
Skills
- Ability to pass a background reputed company
- Reliable phone, computer, and internet reputed company
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain reputed company 7–10 days — we provide guidance and support)
- Flexibility to meet client schedules, including some evenings or weekends
- Comfortable using technology and virtual communication tools
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
