They are seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter / Business Development Manager who will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, focusing on business development, client management, and candidate recruitment across various sectors.
Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research
- Conduct client discovery meetings to understand hiring needs, organizational structure, and company culture

- Serve as a trusted reputed company partner to clients throughout the hiring process

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the search process

Skills
- Minimum 5 years of full-desk recruiting experience required
- Proven success in both business development and recruiting
- Experience recruiting reputed company industrial manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, logistics, skilled trades, technical, or reputed company sectors strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company new client relationships and generate reputed company
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, reputed company Recruiter, job boards, and CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
