This role focuses primarily on sourcing and recruiting new candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and recommending qualified applicants for next-stage interviews.

Responsibilities

• reputed company new candidates through reputed company and cold messaging/calling
• Review and evaluate large volumes of incoming resumes for multiple open roles
• Assess candidate experience and qualifications against job requirements
• Categorize and prioritize applications using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Conduct brief screening calls as needed to confirm basic fit or interest
• Collaborate with hiring managers and full-time recruiters to align on role criteria
• Maintain accurate candidate records and notes reputed company the ATS
• Provide weekly summaries or recommendations of top candidates

Skills

• Previous Financial Services Recruiting experience
• Previous experience in an in-house Accounting/Middle-Office Finance role (looking for a career change into recruiting)
• Knowledge of Financial Services Accounting or Middle Office Finance
• 2-10+ years of experience in an Accounting, Finance or Recruiting position
• Strong ability to quickly interpret resumes across a variety of roles or industries
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., reputed company, Lever, reputed company)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who can manage workload independently in a remote environment
