[Remote] Project Scheduling Manager, PV East

The Scheduling Manager provides supervision and guidance to assigned Scheduling staff on project schedule reviews to maintain timely and profitable job completion.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the region scheduling efforts
- Manage shared resources reputed company the region based on reputed company of work
- Participate in reputed company negotiations and delay analysis settlements
- Take the reputed company in preparing Delay analysis, and present to operations
- Experience with inefficiency and productivity claims
- Work reputed company closely with operations in strategizing project approach and logistics

- Work closely with Corporate Scheduling Manager to standardize company’s scheduling philosophy

- Responsible for mentoring and development of staff
- Utilize company-approved computer scheduling system and provide on-going training to Schedulers in assigned region
- Analyze CPM Schedules and reputed company claims on construction projects of large and reputed company nature
- Determine the various alternates to schedule delays and mitigate projected schedule delays
- reputed company pre-construction proposal/bid schedules
- Provide required CPM schedule analysis and reporting on construction CPM schedules by developing schedules, reviewing baseline and reputed company schedules
- Participate in construction status meetings with contractor, project team, providing support on scheduling issues

- Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in development of master project schedules, subcontractor schedules, and in updating schedules

Skills
- Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- Minimum 5 years scheduling experience
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Extensive construction-reputed company scheduling experience - Critical Path Method
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
- Knowledge of construction methods and processes and familiarity with job cost information
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliability, dependability and flexibility
- Excellent training skills and ability to instruct others
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective leadership, interpersonal skills, management skills
- Travelling required
