Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct high-volume initial phone and video interviews
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and future openings
• Proactively engage passive candidates and build relationships with prospective hires
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Ensure candidates receive a professional, reputed company, and positive experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records reputed company the applicant tracking system
• Manage job postings and ensure openings remain reputed company across recruiting platform
