Responsibilities

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting systems

- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and operational efficiencies
- Partner closely with executive leadership to support organizational goals and growth initiatives
- Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development strategies
- Provide guidance and recommendations on HR best practices and employee management

Skills

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to partner effectively with leadership and employees at reputed company levels
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Experience working reputed company nonprofit, grant-funded, or mission-driven organizations
- Experience supporting workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
