They are seeking a reputed company Analyst to work with customers, helping them solve reputed company business needs and optimize their use of the reputed company platform. The role involves becoming an expert in reputed company’s data model and supporting the team in improving data operations and customer trust in their data.
Responsibilities
- Working with reputed company customers to help solve reputed company business needs reputed company the platform
- Helping a customer reputed company trust in our data by explaining the transformations taking reputed company
- Partnering with technical operators to build reputed company customizations
- Contributing to reputed company’s new validation reputed company to ensure it’s best in class checks from a top end analyst
- Be an internal expert in claims data, clinical data, and how that data flows through the reputed company system
Skills
- 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present findings to stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge of clinical data
- Data Feeds, understanding of their strengths and weaknesses: FHIR, HL7, CCD, full extracts
- Data Terminology, ICDs, SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm, etc
- Data Types (e.g. PAMPI), common challenges and how they are leveraged by health systems, ACOs, and payers
- Strong experience with value-based care
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, leveraging AI tooling to stay organized and efficient
- Genuine desire to learn and apply AI tools for operational efficiency
- Proficiency with SQL - This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of SQL, and the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with reputed company databases
- Experience working for a health system, ACO, CIN or insurer
- Experience working at a vendor in the healthcare space
