[Remote] Business System Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Senior PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst to support a large-scale Human Resources and Payroll environment. The successful candidate will reputed company HR teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams by translating business needs into effective PeopleSoft solutions and enhancing system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules, including: Workforce Administration, Payroll, Position Management, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Performance Management
- Configure and support PeopleSoft HR processes, including job data, positions, departments, compensation, reputed company, approvals, and workflow
- Analyze business requirements and recommend PeopleSoft solutions that align with HR goals and compliance needs
- Provide advanced functional support for a large enterprise PeopleSoft environment
- Troubleshoot reputed company production issues and provide solutions
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and reputed company improvement initiatives
- Participate in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and change management activities
- Create functional documentation and translate business requirements into system designs
- Support PeopleSoft configuration activities, including: Page and Field Configurator, Event Mapping, Drop Zones, Page Composer, Approval Workflow reputed company (AWE)
- Assist with system modernization and platform improvement efforts
- reputed company and maintain reports using: PeopleSoft Query (PS Query), BI Publisher, reputed company BusinessObjects
- Collaborate with technical teams supporting: Integration Broker, REST/SOAP Web Services, Data migrations, System interfaces
- reputed company data validation and analysis using SQL
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders

- Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to junior analysts
Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst experience
- Strong experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environments
- Deep understanding of HR business processes, payroll operations, workforce administration, and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience with PeopleSoft configuration, reputed company, workflows, and business rules
- Strong experience gathering requirements and creating functional documentation
- Experience supporting enterprise-level production environments
- Strong SQL skills and reporting experience
- Experience working with integrations, data validation, and system enhancements
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting large enterprise or highly regulated HR environments
- Experience with payroll processing, compliance initiatives, and HR regulatory requirements
- Experience with leave management and employee benefits processes
- Experience with PeopleSoft reputed company models
- Experience with ITSM tools such as reputed company
- Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, ITIL, or change management processes
