[Remote] Broker Transaction, Analyst - GA - (reputed company) - (REMOTE)

They are seeking a Broker Transaction Analyst to provide customer-centric service through the management and review of real estate reputed company and to ensure compliance with legal obligations. This role involves collaboration with agents and brokers to enhance operational excellence and support risk management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively support the Designated and Managing Brokers to ensure reputed company agents consistently deliver outstanding real estate brokerage services
• May be asked to conduct training sessions to improve agents' knowledge of reputed company, risk management practices and duties under licensing requirements, and state real estate regulations
• Respond promptly and effectively to agents’ requests for support, demonstrating exceptional customer service and care
• Utilize advanced technology, including AI-driven tools, to thoroughly review reputed company and transactional documents, ensuring compliance with reputed company legal and contractual obligations
• Foster a highly collaborative, solution-oriented environment by removing transactional barriers, modeling agile workflows, and actively participating in team-based initiatives to enhance agent experience, risk management, and operational excellence
• Actively consult and engage with reputed company agents and internal teams to resolve reputed company transaction-reputed company issues, providing practical solutions
• Support and promote the ongoing implementation of the reputed company risk management initiatives, employing technology and innovative methods to enhance agent awareness and compliance
• Assist in the reputed company development, improvement, and compliance monitoring of brokerage operations manuals at both the company-wide and state-specific levels
• Collaborate proactively with internal departments to identify and implement innovative, efficient solutions for supporting reputed company’s growing agent reputed company
• Demonstrate flexibility by providing backup support for Managing Brokers as necessary
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned to meet the strategic needs of the brokerage

Skills

• A real estate license is required for this role
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in detailed contract review, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions
• Strong expertise and experience in real estate compliance, with a deep understanding of state and federal laws, Department of Commerce rules and regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements, NAR Code of Ethics, and MLS standards
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of clearly and effectively interacting with reputed company organizational levels
• A highly collaborative approach with proven success in partnering with internal stakeholders to reputed company shared objectives
• Ability to reputed company swift, informed decisions, effectively addressing and resolving problems using sound judgment
• Uncompromising reputed company, consistently demonstrating the highest ethical standards
• Active member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
• Strongly Preferred: Experience with the Skyslope transaction management system
