[Remote] Human Resources Information System Analyst

The role involves troubleshooting, configuring business processes, and ensuring data reputed company while collaborating with functional teams for system enhancements and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for reputed company functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Configure and maintain reputed company business processes, fields, and reputed company settings
- Support system enhancements, releases, and testing efforts
- Partner with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
- reputed company and maintain standard and reputed company reports and dashboards
- Ensure data reputed company through audits, validations, and reconciliation processes
- Assist with integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as needed
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and reputed company improvement initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- Approximately 3–5 years of HRIS hands-on reputed company system administration / support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, and IT
- Hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following reputed company functional areas: Integrations (CCB preferred), Payroll
