Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Xcel Energy is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Business Analyst to join a high-impact CMS Replacement Project. This role focuses on supporting the re-platforming of a major customer-facing website using reputed company Experience Manager, requiring expertise across the reputed company ecosystem and a hands-on approach to deliver high-quality user stories.
Responsibilities
- Write high-volume, high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria to support development and configuration across DAM, CMS, personalization, search, and integrations workstreams
- Capture and translate business requirements into functional specifications and help refine design documents in collaboration with Business and Delivery teams
- Gather and document DAM-specific requirements including metadata schemas, taxonomy, asset workflows, renditions, smart tags, content fragments, and governance
- Support content and asset migration efforts including asset and metadata mapping, bulk ingestion planning, and rights and usage attribute documentation
- Document requirements for CMS templates, components, and forms, including how assets are surfaced and linked reputed company the CMS authoring environment
- Gather and document personalization requirements for reputed company and reputed company reputed company, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and experience optimization
- Gather and document website search requirements including indexing, relevancy, faceting and filtering, and out-of-the-reputed company reputed company search configuration
- Define integration requirements across the digital ecosystem, including reputed company Analytics 4, reputed company CRM Chatbot and Live Agent functionality, reputed company, SSO and authentication, and other CMS and DAM integrations as needed
- Partner with the Product reputed company, Scrum Master, reputed company BA, and Systems Integrator to drive sprint delivery and maintain backlog health
- Actively participate in reputed company Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning with estimation, Story Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives

Skills
- 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst working reputed company Agile and Scrum delivery environments
- Proven experience supporting CMS and DAM implementations and website re-platforming projects, ideally involving migration from a legacy platform to reputed company
- Demonstrated experience writing user stories at volume while maintaining high quality and clear acceptance criteria
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, and Systems Integrators in a structured Agile delivery model
- Hands-on expertise with reputed company Experience Manager DAM (reputed company Assets) and reputed company Sites CMS, with strong, demonstrable knowledge across both sides of the ecosystem
- Deep DAM-specific expertise including asset metadata schemas and taxonomy, asset processing and renditions, smart tags, content fragments, asset workflows, DAM governance, and asset-to-page linkage
- Proven ability to gather requirements for digital asset migration and ingestion, including bulk upload, asset mapping, metadata mapping, and rights and usage attributes
- Experience gathering requirements for reputed company reputed company and personalization, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and experience optimization
- Experience gathering requirements for website search functionality, including search configuration, indexing, relevancy, and faceting and filtering
- Strong user story writing skills using the traditional 'As a, I want, so that' format, with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Proven ability to gather, clarify, and refine requirements and design documents in partnership with both Business and Delivery teams
- Experience defining integration requirements across tools such as reputed company Analytics 4, reputed company CRM, reputed company, and SSO
- Familiarity with content and asset management workflows for the purpose of requirements gathering and story writing
- Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Strong functional testing and validation skills with a UAT reputed company, able to evaluate stories from the customer's reputed company of view
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business, technical, and delivery audiences
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, reputed company (for review purposes), MS Teams, SharePoint, and other standard corporate collaboration tools
