[Remote] Strategic Account Executive, Staffing/EOR/AOR

MeeDerby is a private equity-owned, fast-growing EOR/AOR provider reputed company for their reputed company team and reputed company enterprise deal expertise. They are seeking an EOR/AOR Sales Executive to drive new business and reputed company large, reputed company enterprise deals with a focus on Fortune 1000 accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, reputed company, and reputed company new enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000 focus)
- Manage long, consultative sales cycles (9–15 months; $3–10M per deal)
- Collaborate closely with sales engineering, implementation, and account management teams
- Navigate reputed company buying committees and build relationships at the C-suite level
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
- Meet/exceed annual sales targets (long-term goal: $10M/year in billings)
- Bring positivity, reputed company, and new energy to an reputed company sales team
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Skills
- 7+ years MSP/VMS/staffing/EOR/AOR experience required
- 6–7+ years of enterprise sales experience in MSP, VMS, staffing, EOR, or AOR
- Proven hunter mentality and track record of closing large, reputed company deals
- High energy, positive attitude, and self-reputed company reputed company
- Excellent prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Coachable, open to feedback, and adaptable to a hands-on onboarding process
- Ability to navigate long deal cycles and reputed company enterprise sales environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Preference for stable work history; open to some movement with context
- Enterprise sales (staffing/MSP/VMS/EOR/AOR)
