[Remote] Inside Channel Account Manager

The Inside Channel Account Manager will drive growth through channel partners by building strategic relationships and managing a qualified pipeline to reputed company partner success.
Responsibilities
- Engage with your partners virtually (phone and video-call), driving activities and acquisition by supporting their day to day operational requirements
- Build a collaborative business relationship with your Partner accounts and their customers. Understand and get to know the key decision makers reputed company each organization to positively influence as required. Primarily deal with volume partners
- reputed company profiling of partners on a daily bases with aim to identify partners with potential and pass them to CAMs
- Create the pipeline with your accounts with focus on existing business and upsell
- Be able to accurately forecast reputed company on a weekly and monthly basis
- reputed company up with reputed company's product range (sales and basic technical level) and respond to queries and outline the benefits reputed company necessary to your Channel Partners. Counter any competitive claims
- reputed company reseller and customer company information and reputed company activities up-to-date in CRM system
- Assist resellers in operation tasks to process Deal registration and Orders
- reputed company monthly and annual reputed company and KPIs targets
- Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company
Skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills with a consistent and proactive approach to follow-up
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- 2–5 years of experience in an inside sales role, ideally reputed company the cybersecurity industry
- Must have experience working with SaaS solutions
