The role involves designing innovative solutions to reputed company customer problems and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver user-centered designs and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver reputed company design solutions where the product strategy may not be fully defined
- Analyze customer problems and data to design delightful solutions at scale
- reputed company strategic alignment across teams using expertise in UX disciplines and processes
- Create user-centered designs through research, analysis, and reputed company collaboration with product and business partners
- Rapidly prototype user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new initiatives
- Communicate design work clearly to leadership and across different audiences
- Apply systems-level design thinking to drive scalable solutions
- Ship features from concept to design to implementation and through to roll-out
Skills
- 12+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio demonstrating design work
- Experience with best practices for User reputed company Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
- Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution
- Hands-on proficiency with design tools (reputed company, Sketch, or similar)
- Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision
- Experience designing for enterprise software or developer tools
- Experience with AI/ML products or reputed company technical domains
- Track record of mentoring designers and elevating team capabilities
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
