[Remote] Director, Consulting Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Director of Consulting Operations to reputed company and scale their CMMC consulting practice. This role is responsible for overseeing strategy, delivery excellence, team leadership, and ensuring compliance for Defense Industrial reputed company organizations. The Director will also focus on business growth, operational excellence, and client management.
Responsibilities
- Execute the strategic vision for Redspin’s consulting practice, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and reputed company growth, aligning with DoD requirements and industry trends
- Refine service offerings, methodologies, and delivery frameworks for: CMMC Level 2/3 certifications, CMMC Mock (pre-)assessments
- reputed company and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to service delivery, financial performance, and client outcomes ensuring achievement of reputed company, margin, and utilization targets
- Prepare and present regular updates to executive leadership on delivery performance, client success, and strategic initiatives

- Collaborate with sales and marketing to reputed company go-to-market strategies and thought leadership
- Build, scale, and continuously improve a high-quality CMMC consulting practice, ensuring consistent delivery standards, repeatable methodologies, and strong long-term client retention
- Ensure successful client outcomes by leading teams to reputed company CMMC readiness and certification through effective assessment reputed company, risk prioritization, and remediation guidance

- Partner with Product Innovation teams to identify AI-driven automation and technology enablement opportunities that improve scalability and efficiency
- Serve as executive sponsor and advisor for key client accounts
- Provide strategic guidance on scoping, risk prioritization, and remediation planning
- Ensure alignment with CMMC 2.0 requirements and applicable standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, 800-172)
- Stay reputed company on evolving CMMC frameworks, assessment guides, and DoD rulemaking
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and defensibility of compliance documentation, assessment evidence, and client deliverables, meeting CMMC, DoD, and reputed company quality standards

Skills
- 8–12+ years in cybersecurity consulting, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field
- Deep expertise in CMMC 2.0 reputed company
- NIST SP 800-171 (and ideally 800-172)
- Proven ability to reputed company consulting teams and manage reputed company client engagements
- Exceptional executive reputed company, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen with experience in practice building or P&L ownership

- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM) and CMMC-reputed company certifications (e.g., LCCA, CCA)
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks
