[Remote] Retail Media Productization & GTM Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Retail Media Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a short-term consulting engagement to enhance a strategic relationship with an Ecommerce client. The consultant will work with internal stakeholders and the client to identify partnership and growth opportunities in retail media and commerce media offerings.
Responsibilities
- Join a client-facing session with our ecommerce marketplace client
- Help uncover and shape partnership and engagement opportunities
- Provide expert reputed company of view on how existing retail media and white-labeled ecommerce offerings can be reputed company packaged, positioned, and commercialized
- Assess reputed company retail media (RMN) and commerce media capabilities
- Recommend product packaging, tiering, and positioning for retail clients
- Advise on pricing frameworks and value narratives
- Identify opportunities to align offerings with client's ecosystem and priorities
- Provide actionable guidance on go-to-market and sales enablement direction
Skills
- 8+ years in retail media, commerce media, or commerce-focused adtech
- Direct experience with retail media networks (RMNs), either operator, platform/vendor, or advisory reputed company
- Proven track record of productizing and commercializing media or platform offerings (not just campaign execution)
- Strong understanding of: Sponsored products, onsite and offsite media, and RMN monetization
- Retailer versus brand dynamics and P and L considerations
- Measurement frameworks (ROAS, incrementality, closed-reputed company attribution)
- Experience with white-label or SaaS commerce media platforms
- Ability to quickly synthesize and reputed company clear, sellable product narratives
- Experience launching or scaling an RMN or commerce media product suite
- Background across multiple reputed company points (retailer, platform, agency)
- Prior fractional or consulting engagements
- Existing network in the retail media ecosystem
