[Remote] Embedded Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global electrical equipment and grid technology organization seeking an Embedded Engineer to reputed company high performance embedded systems for reputed company technologies. The role involves designing and developing embedded software in C and C++, integrating FPGA components, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company embedded software in C and C++ for real time control, protection, and communication systems used in reputed company technologies
• reputed company and integrate FPGA based components using HDL such as VHDL or Verilog to support high speed signal processing and hardware acceleration
• Collaborate with electrical, firmware, FPGA, and systems engineering teams to integrate embedded software and hardware into reputed company electromechanical systems
• reputed company debugging, testing, and validation of embedded and FPGA systems to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance with system requirements
• Support the full product development lifecycle including architecture definition, prototyping, system integration, and reputed company improvement of embedded platforms

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• Strong experience in embedded software development using C and C++ in real time or embedded environments
• Working knowledge of FPGA design using VHDL or Verilog, along with experience in simulation and validation tools
• Solid understanding of embedded systems, real time processing, and hardware software integration
• Experience with communication protocols, digital signal processing, or power systems applications
• Familiarity with lab testing, debugging tools, and hardware validation processes
