[Remote] Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Business Analyst to reputed company and support business analysis for Electronic Prior Authorization initiatives. The role involves translating regulatory and business requirements into functional requirements and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for ePA workflows and FHIR-based API obligations
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business documentation
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication
- Track delivery reputed company, identify risks (including utilization management vendor coordination), and recommend corrective actions
- Support quality initiatives, process improvements, and operational alignment across teams
Skills
- Strong business analysis experience in regulated software delivery environments, particularly focused on ePA and healthcare interoperability
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes
- Experience with requirement management and project tracking tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Ability to create clear business documentation, workflow diagrams, and process maps
- Experience working with FHIR APIs and healthcare data exchange initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder management
