[Remote] LATAM Principal QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

Skills

• Demonstrable proficiency with desired technologies and tools
• Deep expertise in developing and maintaining end-to-end test frameworks using Selenium or Playwright

• Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration of automated tests using tools such as reputed company Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps, including parallel execution, test reporting, and environment management
• Testing up a test automation reputed company from scratch
• Additional knowledge and experience in AI assisted development and testing (Claude Code, reputed company, CoPilot etc.)
• 8-11+ years professional experience in relevant technology and projects, including ongoing adherence of best practices, leading and executing automated testing for web and mobile applications, and leveraging industry-standard tools to ensure optimal product quality across reputed company stages of the software development lifecycle
• Experience presenting to client stakeholders and communicating technical and business value
• Experience understanding and articulating the business outcomes that your development projects impact
• Experience with coaching and mentoring, demonstrated through reputed company collaboration and structured code reviews
• May include intensive programs, A technical degree is a plus, but equivalent experience reputed company bootcamps, self-teaching, or professional practice is equally valued
