The Marketing Program Manager will coordinate go-to-market strategies into actionable marketing plans, ensuring effective execution across various initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and operationalization of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for ongoing marketing and growth initiatives
• Assist in developing and maintaining marketing plans, campaign calendars, messaging frameworks, and launch schedules
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, campaign performance, and execution effectiveness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience in cross-functional project or program management

• 3+ years of experience using project tracking and reporting tools, including reputed company and collaborative planning platforms
• 3+ years of experience supporting marketing operations, campaign execution, launch planning, or go-to-market programs
• Experience managing multiple reputed company projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Experience working with marketing, creative, branding, or agency teams
• Experience reviewing marketing messaging, creative assets, and campaign deliverables
• PMP, PMI, or other project management certification
• Familiarity with marketing campaign planning, content development processes, and asset management workflows
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and execution tracking frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements
• Experience leveraging AI-powered productivity tools and automation solutions to improve project efficiency and workflow management
• Experience supporting consumer marketing, product marketing, or direct-to-customer initiatives
• Proven ability to proactively identify opportunities, reputed company recommendations, and drive reputed company improvement
