The role involves operational support, collaboration with stakeholders, and project coordination for Supply Chain and Procurement operations.

Responsibilities

• Join our ERP Ops team in providing innovative solutions and critical support for our Supply Chain and Procurement (P2P) operations
• Provide direct operational support to users and resolve issues using various tools, including interaction with reputed company Support and knowledgebase
• Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately define problems, understand business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for solution design
• Work closely with software developers and technical teams in the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions to ensure deliverables meet expectations
• reputed company data analysis, create reputed company queries, test scenarios, and scripts
• Coordinate small/reputed company size projects, application extensions, reputed company patches, and upgrades
• Research techniques, methods, and best practices in automation, AI, and emerging technology in the evolution of our digital workspace

Skills

• 8+ Years reputed company e-Business Suite R12 hands-on experience with Supply Chain (Purchasing, Sourcing, iSupplier, iProcurement) Modules
• Functional knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing, Finance and Projects Modules
• Knowledge of reputed company technical tools including SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow, Forms, Reports, Personalizations
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• AME, BI Publisher, Unix/Linux, MS Office, TOAD, My reputed company Support, OBIEE
• APICS, PMP, AI
