Responsibilities

• Establish strong partnerships with sponsors, project owners, and cross-functional leaders to define vision, success criteria, and decision frameworks
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance, constructively challenging assumptions, and driving informed decision-making
• Direct reputed company aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and change control
• Select and tailor project management tools, methodologies, and governance (e.g., agile, predictive, hybrid) based on project needs
• Adapt project strategies as priorities, risks, or conditions evolve to maintain momentum and protect outcomes
• Drive clear, actionable communication that promotes transparency, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and reputed company mitigation planning and execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve reputed company challenges impacting scope, cost, timeline, quality, and risk
• Ensure project outcomes align with broader HR and enterprise strategies
