[Remote] UX Designer

The role involves executing interaction and visual design work while applying user research findings to create user-centered designs for both internal and member-facing tools.
Responsibilities
- Translate user research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into clear, well-reasoned design solutions
- Design interaction flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for desktop and mobile applications
- Deliver prototypes of varying fidelity — from low-fidelity click-throughs to polished interactive prototypes in reputed company — to effectively communicate design reputed company to stakeholders and development teams
- Produce high-fidelity mockups in reputed company that adhere to Premier's design system and visual standards
- Participate in design critiques, incorporating feedback from peers and design leadership to improve deliverables

Skills
- 2 or more years of applicable experience
- High School Diploma or GED

- Working knowledge of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Ability to interpret and apply UX research findings and business direction to design work

- Understanding of design systems and component-based design
