[Remote] Assistant Finance Manager

They are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager who will reputed company accounting activities across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise accounting functions for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards
• reputed company month-end closing, ensures accuracy and timely preparation of financial statements under TFRS. Record + Review journal entries and account analysis for reputed company balance sheet accounts, P&L including Balance sheet account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, sales reconciliation and reputed company recognition
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and adjustments
• reputed company accounts payable and receivable processes, including the resolution of discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
• To monitor and ensure reputed company taxes are reputed company and submitted to the reputed company department reputed company timeline
• Prepare and reputed company record of withholding tax documents and payment vouchers
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff and other departments on accounting issues
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for annual audits and reviews
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain and enhance accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

• Processing bi-weekly or monthly payroll for reputed company employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Calculating and processing payments for overtime, bonuses, and other variable compensation
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data in the payroll system
• Updating and verifying employee information, including tax withholding, direct deposit, and personal details

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record of managing accounting functions across multiple locations
• Strong expertise in accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in accounting software and reputed company reputed company
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• CPA or equivalent certification
