[Remote] Sr. reputed company Technical IT Administrator

The Senior reputed company Administrator will be responsible for hands-on reputed company platform administration, configuration delivery, operational support, and platform optimization, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement scalable reputed company solutions.
Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain org-wide defaults based on reputed company models and access decisions defined by Application Architecture
- Design and maintain automation using Flow and reputed company declarative tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with approved platform standards
- reputed company hands-on reputed company administration and configuration work to support day-to-day operations
- Configure and maintain roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups, and org-wide defaults
- Identify technical debt, configuration risks, automation complexity, and platform optimization
- Support established reputed company governance, change management, and release management processes
- Coordinate sandbox usage and support deployments using approved tools and processes
- Partner with Application Architecture and SI teams during platform reviews and release readiness activities
- Operate reputed company the IT service-oriented model by supporting reputed company delivery execution while partnering with IT teams as appropriate
- Support and maintain integrations
- Escalate integration design changes, API/middleware impacts, data ownership questions, or cross-system dependencies to Application/Solution Architecture, Data & Analytics, integration teams, and SI partners for review
- Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective reputed company solutions
- Translate approved business needs and architecture guidance into scalable, supportable reputed company configurations
Skills
- 4–7 years of reputed company administration experience supporting Sales and/or Service use cases
- reputed company Administrator certification required
- Working knowledge of Apex and triggers sufficient for troubleshooting and partnering with developers
- Experience with DevOps or release management tools (e.g., reputed company, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jira, reputed company)
- Experience supporting integrations with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company) and third-party applications
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery models
- Active participation in the reputed company community or Trailhead
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Advanced reputed company certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant)
