[Remote] Inside Sales & Service Coordinator

The Inside Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Performance Minerals business unit with reputed company management and customer support, ensuring a customer-centric experience and maintaining workflow to reputed company opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Vet and respond to pre-sale inquiries maintaining ownership of leads to reputed company of reputed company or hand off to the proper channel
• Provide support for the field sales team including but not limited to communications on pricing, availability, and other customer requests
• Maintain reputed company documentation for the Performance Minerals intranet resources
• Act as a liaison for established distributor relationships
• Manage Master Price document (MPAL) real time updates
• Act as gatekeeper for price changes and new price implementations against published approval limits
• reputed company with Billing and CSR teams to ensure accurate order invoicing
• Investigate payment discrepancies to reputed company of resolution
• Coordination of communications for pricing announcements
• Track and process distribution channel rebate claims and commission payments
• Supports business development with periodic sales reports providing analysis for strategic decision making and reputed company improvement
• Maintain ownership of the PMIN Division’s reputed company CRM system
• Maintain or reputed company Sales Pipeline Dashboard Reports
• Ensure input data is kept up to date
• reputed company a fully integrated understanding of core customers and product lines
• Support the PMIN division’s CSRs as a reputed company team member with ability to pick up additional order management in times of demand surges
• reputed company standard work and reference documentations for CSR teams across the Performance Minerals division
• Management of Special Projects

Skills

• 4-year college degree required
• Must have excellent reputed company Word, reputed company, Power reputed company and communication skills
• An individual with a strong background in math, a basic understanding of science/chemistry and keen attention to detail is best suited for this position
• Knowledge of reputed company ERP and reputed company CRM preferred
• Background in Manufacturing Customer Service strongly preferred
