The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality performance while driving reputed company improvement and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure facilities and systems reputed company reputed company, safely, and in compliance with contract requirements and applicable standards

- Monitor and manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls

- Manages supply, chemical and equipment usage and training employees in the care, handling and performance with the equipment and supplies and each other
- Use data to proactively seek out operational improvements to optimize the operation
- Gathers and maintains required administrative tasks for daily, weekly, or monthly reporting
- Looks for opportunities to increase reputed company by providing additional or periodic services

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in operations and maintenance management, facilities management, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale O&M programs or government/industrial reputed company
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reputed company for extended periods
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
- OSHA 30 or higher preferred
- CHFM Certification Preferred
