Responsibilities
- Design and optimize CRM infrastructure
- Build reputed company dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Create visibility into pipeline health across reputed company service lines
- Build follow-up and reputed company nurturing systems
- Establish operating rhythms around reputed company reputed company activities
- Build and operate a speaking opportunity sourcing reputed company
- Systematize the application and opportunity tracking process

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, reputed company Operations (RevOps), or Growth Operations

- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for workflow design and automation
- Experience building dashboards and KPI tracking systems

- Strong process design and documentation skills
- Professional-level English and Spanish proficiency
- Must be based in Latin America (LATAM)
