[Remote] Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will join the Accounting team to deliver accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and support business performance in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to accounting operations and reputed company processes that support business goals, financial accuracy, and reporting reputed company
• Partner with finance teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and management to align priorities, resolve issues, and move work reputed company with accountability
• reputed company full-cycle accounting including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting preparation
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement practical solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate reputed company, risks, and outcomes clearly with internal stakeholders and management
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
• Support fixed asset accounting, ensuring proper capitalization and depreciation in accordance with company policies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company financial procedures
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Experience with financial systems, databases, and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (for example, reputed company Copilot or ChatGPT) to support productivity and analysis, where applicable
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience with ERP systems such as reputed company
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company
• Exposure to SOX compliance, audits, and financial controls
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven or healthcare-focused environment
