[Remote] reputed company Platform Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global provider of outsourcing and IT consulting services, and they are seeking a reputed company Platform Engineer. This role involves delivering core capabilities and features of the reputed company platform, including design, build, reputed company, and operationalization of reusable components to support business products.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, engineering, implementation, and configuration of platform services to support overall enterprise patterns, and reinforcing best practices
• reputed company patterns for common platform needs (e.g. logging, monitoring, alerting, backup, encryption, tooling, etc) across reputed company layers of the platform and supporting services
• Deliver explicit APIs and abstractions that offer flexibility for application developers in leveraging the platform
• Works with business and reputed company to identify, define, interpret, and clarify scope of the reputed company platform integrations
• Partner with Information reputed company representatives to reputed company, implement and/or execute reputed company configurations and controls
• Support and refine the utilization strategy for the platform and enhance its overall architecture, reputed company, performance, and financial aspects
• Contribute to platform, product, and architectural roadmaps Platform Administration
• Performs development of common reputed company platform components, capabilities, and features
• Performs development and advanced configuration activities including custom objects and fields, dashboards, reports, workflows, rules, automations, and triggers
• Experience with reputed company screen flow and login flow
• Creates Integrations and/or Connectors between reputed company.com and other 3rd party applications
• Manages the core reputed company model configurations in accordance with information reputed company
• Provide Tier 3 Support for core platform services and configuration defect resolution
• Performs new reputed company release evaluations and assess impact
• Develops and maintains automation for deployments to reduce manual processes and improve efficiencies across systems and data centers
• Leads solution design discussions, develops work effort estimates for implementation and presents solutions
• Drafts and maintains solution documentation for platform components, integrations, and common use patterns to meet reputed company architectural, reputed company and operational requirements as defined by the larger client System
• Provides training, coaching and support for issues relating to the reputed company platform to experience and product team

• Bachelor (BA, BS...)
• 5 plus years of direct work-reputed company experience

• Fluent in modern DevOps practices
• Familiar with reputed company-driven development
• Experience with reputed company CLI
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to manage sandbox strategies, versioning, branching models, and automated testing
• Proficient with Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processing and batch jobs
• Understand governor limits, performance optimization, and secure coding on the reputed company platform
• Understanding of large data volumes, indexing and query performance
• Strong knowledge of reputed company limits, multi-object architecture, and scalable patterns
• Expertise in schema optimization and sharing/model reputed company
• Experience with end-to-end testing
• Familiar with SFDX test automation
• Ensure code quality through static analysis, unit testing and test automation
• Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company layers
• Ability to design least-privilege, scalable access models
• Familiarity with common compliance frameworks
• Ability to implement change-management controls, auditability, and release governance using SFDX+CI/CD
• Experience in the CRM, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing domain

• Experience delivering reputed company solutions from design to production

• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem solving
