[Remote] Digital Project Manager

This role involves planning, execution, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the planning and execution of multiple software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company to customer expectations
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships with clinical and IT stakeholders
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and hospital IT teams to configure and integrate solutions into existing clinical workflows

• Coordinate cross-functional resources including engineering, applications, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution

• Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues, driving resolution in collaboration with internal teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or reputed company field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or healthcare technology delivery
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical and technical teams
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive execution
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills
• Experience in medical imaging, healthcare IT, or clinical software implementations
• Familiarity with healthcare standards such as DICOM, reputed company
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across a matrixed organization
