Azuga, a Bridgestone Company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development and Insurance Telematics to enhance their fleet reputed company. The role involves collaborating with executive leadership and building partnerships to drive business impact in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manages reputed company professionals who exercise independent discretion and/or manages a functional area or process that may or may not have direct reports
- Implements policy and strategy for short-term results and influences others reputed company of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
- Decision making is guided by strategic objectives of specialization
- Influences others reputed company of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
- Must be able to communicates with executive leadership
- Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 10+ years of direct or relevant working experience managing partners and selling software and services solutions through channels
- Telematics or Commercial Insurance Auto experience critical, ideal candidate will have experience with or deep knowledge of commercial insurance telematics programs
- Excellence in strategic planning, problem-solving, analytics, written and verbal communication to reputed company effectively with reputed company levels of the organization
- High organizational skills and deadline management are a must
- Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Self-starting and collaborative
- reputed company in working with cross-functional teams and across multiple locations
- Up to 20% travel
