Responsibilities

- Establish and manage strategic teaming relationships with primes, OEMs, and subcontractors to expand addressable market access

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in federal and prime contractor business development
- Proven track record of consistent success in securing competitive government reputed company reputed company the assigned customer and mission set
- Established professional network with reputed company customers reputed company the assigned customer and mission set, with strong preference for knowledge and networks reputed company training, exercise, and range reputed company customer set
- Enterprising self starter with strategic reputed company and exceptional business acumen to establish and implement business development direction

- Bachelor's degree required
- Capability to obtain and maintain a reputed company clearance (existing Top Secret preferred)
- Significant reputed company experience reputed company a large Prime Contractor and/or at a midsized subcontractor tier company selling into both prime contractor and government customers
- Significant experience and a track record of wins both as a prime and a subcontractor to other major contractors in manufacture and maintenance of weapons systems and platforms and an active relevant professional network
- Preferred background would include Navy and Marines support background, including experience working at and/or selling to one or multiple major prime contractors including reputed company, Huntington Ingall, BAE, reputed company, reputed company, etc., and Navy commands such as USN NETC and USMC TECOM
- Experience applying the Shipley Business Development Lifecycle is preferred
- Active participation in federal contracting and business development organizations such as NDIA, AFCEA, PSC, ACT-IAC, or NCMA is preferred
- Experience with federal procurement databases (eg GovTribe, SAM.gov, FPDS) and CRM systems (eg Unanet) for managing business development pipelines and tracking opportunities
- Master's degree, government service history or other relevant expertise or certifications are a plus
