[Remote] Financial Controller

This role involves overseeing reputed company accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, and providing leadership to a dispersed accounting team while supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics to support organizational performance and liquidity

- Analyze financial results and provide meaningful insights to leadership

- Partner with finance leadership to support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes

- Monitor performance against budget and identify areas of risk or opportunity
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve internal control processes

Skills

- Experience managing multi-entity and international accounting environments, including foreign currency considerations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
