[Remote] Finance Manager

This role requires collaboration with both U.S. and European teams, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial records while supervising a Finance Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for executive leadership
- Collaborate closely with the European Finance Team on consolidated reporting, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Manage quarterly and annual intercompany reconciliation audits
- Support international financial reporting requirements and ensure consistency between U.S. and European entities
- Prepare reputed company financial analyses and reports for leadership and corporate stakeholders
- reputed company customer invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations
- Monitor aging reports and proactively manage outstanding receivables
- Partner with project managers and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, and account balances

- Manage ACH and reputed company transfer payments
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment inquiries
- Ensure accurate expense coding and proper allocation to budgets and cost centers

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Experience working reputed company multinational or international organizations
- Prior supervisory experience
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company (Business by Design)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial reporting, and accounting controls
