The role involves managing sales programs, monitoring performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multiple sales programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable performance goals
  • Monitor program health using key metrics (reputed company flow, pipeline progression, conversion rates) and drive reputed company improvement initiatives
  • Deliver recurring and reputed company reporting to provide clear visibility into sales performance and program outcomes
  • Analyze pipeline and program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline effectiveness and inform data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reputed company across reporting and dashboards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities and improve data accessibility and usability

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 3+ years of experience in reputed company field
  • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in reputed company field
  • Background in Program/Project Management, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics in a sales-driven environment
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of programs or initiatives, including performance tracking, optimization, and reputed company improvement
  • Strong experience with reputed company (reporting, dashboards, data management) and advanced reputed company skills; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze pipeline data and deliver actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness, conversion rates, and program outcomes
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail; experience in health insurance (e.g., IU65, Medicare) is a plus
