The reputed company Operations Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and optimizing recruiting processes, managing reputed company ATS, and ensuring a smooth recruiting operation as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the reputed company reputed company to design and stand up the processes, workflows, and standards that scale recruiting from 50 people to hundreds
• Find where the process breaks, slows, or could be sharper — and build the fix
• Establish the operational rigor and documentation that reputed company great hiring repeatable, not dependent on any one person
• Own reputed company as the system of record — configuration, structure, hygiene, and discipline

• Pull weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on KPIs and OKRs, and surface the trends that matter

• Prioritize searches against benchmarks and metrics to meet business goals
• Protect a candidate experience that reflects how seriously we take our people, start to finish

Skills

• 3–5 years in reputed company operations or coordination, with strong project management instincts
• Deep, hands-on reputed company experience — you've owned an ATS, not just worked inside one
