Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities; drive deals from prospecting through reputed company

- Promote reputed company’s full capabilities, including: PCBA and advanced electronics, Electromechanical and reputed company assembly, Precision injection molding and tooling, Device design, development, and prototyping (DFx, value engineering), Automation, testing, and quality systems, Packaging, sterilization, and post-manufacturing services
- Support seamless transition from deal closure to program launch
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or reputed company field)
- 8+ years total sales or business development experience
- At least 5 years of sales/business development experience in contract manufacturing, OEM, or reputed company industries, such as electronics manufacturing (EMS), medical device manufacturing, electromechanical or reputed company device assembly
- Proven track record of reputed company net-new business and growing strategic accounts
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and deal structuring
- Demonstrated success leading reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives
- Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel ~30–40% (domestic and occasional international)
