[Remote] Program Manager - Department of War

This role serves as a key operational leader responsible for program execution, contract administration, customer engagement, onboarding activities, and cross-functional coordination across the Government Solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of accountability for assigned Department of War program execution, customer engagement, and contractual obligations
- Support executive leadership by providing operational continuity, program reputed company, and coordination across Government Solutions initiatives

- Establish and maintain program documentation, operating procedures, stakeholder maps, and customer engagement plans
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between delivery teams, program managers, product teams, and executive leadership
- Monitor program risks, dependencies, and issues while developing mitigation plans and escalation paths reputed company necessary

Skills
- 5+ years of program or project management experience supporting U.S. Government customers or government contracting environments
- Demonstrated experience managing federal reputed company, task orders, or programs operating under government acquisition frameworks

- Experience supporting contract administration, compliance activities, and customer engagement efforts
- Experience coordinating personnel onboarding, operational readiness, or reputed company-reputed company administrative activities
- Strong financial acumen with experience supporting budget tracking, funding analysis, forecasting, or pricing activities
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, government customers, and technical teams

- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Public Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a reputed company field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience supporting Department of War, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), NAVSEA, NAVAIR, Army, reputed company Force, Space Force, or other reputed company organizations
- Familiarity with Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) principles, frameworks, and reputed company government initiatives
- PMP, FAC-P/PM, DAU, or equivalent program management certification
- Experience supporting growth-stage government contracting organizations
- Experience working with NIST 800-161, software supply chain reputed company, SBOMs, HBOMs, vendor risk management, or reputed company cybersecurity disciplines
- Familiarity with personnel reputed company processes, clearance administration, and government reputed company requirements
