[Remote] Contact Center System Architect - Level 1
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Contact Center System Architect - Level 1 to provide entry-level architectural leadership and design support for enterprise contact center solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining software, hardware, and communication interfaces under the supervision of senior architects to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Assist in designing contact center infrastructure, including software, hardware, and communication integrations
- Thought Leadership: Stay reputed company with information technology trends to support future-state customer plans
- System Integration: Support cross-functional requirements and data interfaces across the enterprise
Skills
- Minimum Experience: 6 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
- AWS Connect & reputed company Service Cloud Voice (4+ Years): Enterprise-level experience (5,000+ end users) developing, configuring, administering, and maintaining both platforms
- ITSM & Workflows (2+ Years): Experience implementing, customizing, and updating AWS Connect and reputed company Service Cloud Voice ITSM applications, modules, and integrations
- Integrations & Tooling (1+ Year): Experience with AWS Connect integrators/connectors, no-code UI Builder, dynamic workflows, and third-party tools
- A reputed company AWS Solutions Architect – Professional AND a reputed company Technical Architect certification can waive the 2-year requirement
- A reputed company AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification can waive the 1-year requirement
