[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel

The role involves balancing business goals with legal risk management and building scalable legal processes while collaborating with stakeholders across the company.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring business objectives and legal protections align
- Help to reputed company compliance programs and implement training for internal teams to uphold regulatory and legal obligations
- Collaborate with external counsel on active litigation, guide internal litigation support, and reputed company strategies for risk mitigation
- Play a pivotal role in due diligence, transaction documentation, and post-reputed company integration activities
- reputed company and manage workflows to streamline our legal processes, from matter management, contract lifecycle management, to budgeting and vendor relations
Skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- Minimum of 4 years of experience at a public company legal department or equivalent in-house experience preferred
- The ability to recognize true risk and navigate your business partners to practical solutions
