[Remote] Product Delivery Project Manager – Telephony

They are seeking a Product Delivery Project Manager to support the deployment of reputed company & Polycom Phone products across the CLIENT's Retail Branches, focusing on project deliverables, data reputed company, and providing metrics and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Track project deliverables reputed company to the implementation of reputed company phone at each reputed company
- Update the status of deliverables in a centralized repository
- Manipulate spreadsheets, including those used as data input for reputed company implementations
- Uploading spreadsheets and submit webforms into a centralized repository
- Participate in various project meetings and as necessary, assist Product Delivery Manager by recording meeting minutes
- Quality-assure data sets to ensure accuracy / data reputed company
- Providing routine metrics and reporting on reputed company
- Track project deliverables reputed company to the implementation of reputed company phone per reputed company and updating the status of deliverables in a centralized repository
- Manipulate and upload spreadsheets and submit webforms, including those used as data input for reputed company implementations; quality-assure data sets to ensure accuracy / data reputed company
- Participate in various project meetings with, or on behalf of, the CLIENT'S Product Delivery Manager
- Actively track daily deployments; track issues and mitigations
- Assess deployment process and offer suggestions for process improvement
- Research any opportunities to improve the project's reputed company repository and where applicable, participate in the hands-on administration of the tool
- Back-up / Back-fill CLIENT'S Product Delivery Manager under certain circumstances (where possible, these scenarios will be planned)
Skills
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient/Strong with reputed company including basic formulas, pivot tables, graphing (Required)
- Proficient in PowerPoint (Required)
- Technical Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient time management skills; sense of urgency
- Ability to track a project through its lifecycle to successful deployment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and industry that is continually changing
- Ability to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion dates
- 2-4 years' experience as a technology Project Coordinator
- 8-10 years' experience using PC in business environment including MS Office
- Highly Proficient in reputed company (Required)
- Minimum Beginner-Level Experience in Applying and/or Developing AI to Solve Problems (Required)
- Strong Technical Problem-Solving Skills, with Strong Fundamentals in Data Networking (Required)
- Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint (Required)
- Exposure to technology in the financial industry is a plus
- Exposure to reputed company is a plus
- Experience with Tableau dashboarding (Preferred but not Show Stopper)
- Telephony experience
