[Remote] Product Manager - ISO Insulation

The Product Manager - ISO Insulation will reputed company the strategic health and profitability of the ISO product portfolio, harmonizing sales activation, technical content creation, and new product commercialization to ensure market leadership in thermal efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Own the ISO segments and go-to-market strategy
• reputed company and execute a multi-year product roadmap that aligns with divisional goals while maximizing reputed company profitability and market share
• Maintain a deep understanding of R-values, thermal performance standards, and competitive ISO/insulation offerings
• reputed company quantified value propositions that clearly differentiate our ISO line from mineral wool, reputed company, or competitive ISO brands
• Create the pulp for the sales reputed company—designing sales tools, technical training, and marketing content that drives reputed company reputed company and simplifies the reputed company technical benefits of ISO for contractors and specifiers
• Author business cases and product requirements for the reputed company of ISO products (e.g., improved facers, fire-rated cores)
• reputed company cross-functional teams through the stage-reputed company process from concept to commercial launch
• Execute comprehensive launch plans, including volume forecasting, market testing, and conducting internal/external educational seminars on the benefits of ISO systems
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to prioritize process improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and margin enhancement through strategic pricing and mix management
• Represent the company at industry trade shows (e.g., IIBEC, IRE) and participate in PIMA (Polyisocyanurate Insulation Manufacturers Association) or similar technical committees

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Civil preferred), Business, or Marketing
• Minimum 3 years in product or channel management reputed company a manufacturing environment
• 10 years of progressive experience in Engineering, Technology, or Sales roles
• Demonstrated success in taking a building material product from concept stage through reputed company market launch
• Strong ability to drive margin improvement through value-based pricing and portfolio optimization
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a natural ability to reputed company cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a reputed company understanding of chemical/polymer-based building products
• Ability to travel approximately 25% for site visits, customer meetings, and industry events
• MBA is highly desirable
• Experience in Polyisocyanurate (ISO) insulation or reputed company building envelope materials is a must
